1. Definitions
“Yardbizscale,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to Yardbizscale.
“Client,” “you,” or “user” refers to any individual or business using our services.
“Services” include digital marketing, graphic design, web design, content writing, and blog post services.
2. Services Offered
Yardbizscale provides professional services including but not limited to:
Digital marketing services
Graphic design
Website design and development
Content writing for businesses
Blog post creation for individuals and businesses
Service scope, timelines, and deliverables may vary depending on the agreement.
3. Payments & Billing
In all cases, 50% payment must be made before work begins, with the remaining 50% completed in two steps during the project.
Alternatively, full payment may be required upfront depending on the service.
Final delivery will not be provided until full payment is received.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order to be eligible for a refund.
Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, which is considered part of these Terms & Conditions.
Approved refunds are processed within 14 days.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information and materials required for the project.
Respond to communication in a timely manner.
Ensure you have rights to any content, images, or materials you provide.
Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.
Yardbizscale retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, websites, or marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
7. Revisions
Revisions are limited to what is agreed upon at the start of the project. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may require extra charges.
8. Limitation of Liability
Yardbizscale shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Business losses, lost revenue, or data loss.
Third-party platform issues (hosting providers, ad platforms, plugins, APIs, etc.).
All services are provided “as is” without guarantees of specific results.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
Terms are violated
Payments are not completed
Abuse, harassment, or unethical behavior occurs
10. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described there.
11. Changes to Terms
Yardbizscale may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws.
